Start a live session

Create the session

   Choose New session.

   Enter a title and the Speaker language. If the speakers use more languages, add up to 2 under Also spoken, or choose Detect automatically.

   Under Caption languages, choose up to 10 languages for attendees to read.

   Enter the number of people under Attendees; HoloTalk shows the rate.

   If you need them: Schedule for later, a Glossary of names and terms, Private session, and Email summaries to viewers.

   Press Create session.

Start the captions

   On the device next to the speaker, press Turn on microphone and allow the browser to use the microphone.

   Choose the Input device and watch the Input level while someone speaks. Nothing is sent and nothing is charged yet.

   Press Start when the speaker begins.

During and after

Press Pause during breaks and Resume to go on: paused time is not charged.

To finish, press End and confirm. The summary is written once the session has ended. A session ends by itself after 12 hours of live time.
