Show captions on a projector or big screen

Open the projector view

   In the speaker console's Share panel, choose Open display.

   Choose up to 2 translations, or none for Original only.

   On the computer connected to the projector, press Open in new tab. Or press Copy the projector link and open the link on that computer.

   On the projector view, Caption position chooses which part of the screen the captions use and whether the newest line is at the top or the bottom. The choice is kept on that computer.

Good to know

For a public session, the projector view shows the QR code beside the captions, so people who arrive late can join; a private session's does not.

In a small room, the speaker's own laptop can show the captions instead: press Full screen above Live translation in the console.
