Private sessions
A private session admits only the people you invite by email, up to 300 addresses. It has no QR code, and the join code alone lets nobody in.
On this page
Create it
- On the New session page, turn on Private session and enter the addresses under Invite by email.
- Press Create session. Each person receives an email with their own link, to use on one device at a time.
During the session
- In the console's Share panel, Invited people shows each invitation and whether it was sent.
- Add people under Invite by email. For someone already invited, the menu beside their address can send a new link or revoke the invitation.
- The projector has its own link, from Open display, which works on any number of screens. If it was shared too widely, Replace projector link makes a new one and disconnects the screens using the old one.
Good to know
Sending invitations needs credits in your account. Only an invited address can ask for the summary by email.
